Cant believe October is already over.. went by so fast.. was so busy also.. got a shoot almost every week!

Was quite a lot of fun and tiring actually ..

All started with private shoot with as Antiform Riku since we keep saying we should do some pictures but never really had time to make it happen. Tho we got kind of unlucky, weather was bad and im not very good at night shot so was a bit of challenge for me. Funny thing tho.. we meet up some guys that was walking there and when they saw her they were kind of freaking out about her glasses (it was actually the little light she used to make Riku's eyes) but yeah atleast we got a few nice pictures so in the end was all good! And its always fun to spend time with her ;D

The week after was the naruto shoot, funny thing is.. i got invited by 2 different people for the same event.. i feel so love ;D lol organized the event and invited me first after what also did. He also asked me if i could be part of his group along with him to create the sasuke team which i was really happy to accept ;D So i had to modify my Karin (for like the 3rd or .. 4th time lol dye my shirt.. it didnt really do a nice job and get a red wig lol). The event it self wasnt bad, tho i would say was a bit lacking of structure and way too many people. Was the first photoshoot she did organized and i think first photoshoot for many cosplayers so it made a bit of a bad mix. A lot of people didnt actually know what to do, how to pose.. didnt came prepare for weather or pictures idea. So was a bit slow and free for all.. But i still had a lot of fun with my group its not people i know for a long time, mostly only meet them in a few con and barely talk with them before that so was great to spend time with them! We did some great pictures that my friend took for us! Tho i got sick really bad for like 2weeks and half lol Yeah Karin costume with cold weather.. = instant cold. Also it was great to actually cosplay and only cosplay. Been about half a year .. even more that im mostly photographer and directing pose, so was a good change of beat to just.. pose lol In general i would say was stressful but worth it!

The following week was the Montreal cosplay photoshoot, got back to my photographer job lol The shoot was great i would say, tho i did miss a few cosplayers that left or changed before i had time to take pictures. But was really great time, also got amazing chance to see many interest thing like : as ... a GIRL!! A cool bug ( [link] ) and that amazing bird ( [link]) so yeah was really a nice shoot lol We got also new people adding to group! We did have tho.. some hyper people.. and everyone know my legendary ...lack of patience. I had to warn them 3 time.. at the third i actually yelled something like '' do i have to write it down for you to get it?!'' after was actually pretty quiet.. But was great overall also its always a lot of fun to see the regular cosplayers! So yeah great fun on that day!

The week after was KH Halloween Town, was quite fun.. im surprise actually cause i dislike KH with passion (the character mostly.. i never played the game or anything ) but i still enjoyed doing the shoot.. ok i really like the cosplayers i worked with lol that always help lol It was harder for me to have idea about the pose cause i dont know much about KH also the lightning of the place where we took pictures was kind of weird (for my noob skill) Sadly i did miss a lot of cosplayers i did stayed a lot with people i already know, since i dont know the game enough i rather stay with cosplayer i know. But was a lot of fun so im glad i went and it gave me a chance to see some cosplayers and friends that we dont get the to see them as often with school or cause they are leaving far. I spend really good time with my friends and yeah made me so happy when i got home that i saw all you guys ;D

And this weekend i had the Halloween Otakuthon event!Well first came to mtl for the event! So was really nice to get a chance to meet him again! Also was mostly the reason why i did wear Karin again lol Im not quite sure if i did like or not the actual event.. since i dont even know if i stayed for like 40min there lol It was i would say too small space for the number of people, was sooooo warm too there. But once again so many of the people i like was there, i stayed with a lot of them outside or the first floor taking pictures.. We did try the dance.. i think after 10min.. we left lol Tho i had a really great time lol We did pictures and stuff lol Once again i got the chance to see some people that i rarely seen in the last few months. But i got home sooooooo late lol I had to work next day.. i dont even know if i had 3hours of sleep lol lets say i was pretty zombie at work lol On halloween day i went with , , , and her son to eat and walk around old port take a few pictures and end the night with chidori cake ;D (for Sasuke's birthday) and rock band game thingy?! .. Was really fun lol


So in general the month have been really interesting, really tiring, i still have to do so much stuff.. fixing the pictures and start folder for cosplayers.. but i think i will take a small break and be a bit selfish i really need to rest a bit lol like .. i was suppose to upload more today.. but yeah.. wont happen lol sorry D:

I do like to thanks many people.. since i havent upload my journal at every shoot since.. it was a bit .. too many in one month lol I will do it in a big list lol


First huge thanks to that took some great shot during naruto shoot and other photoshoot. Also he is a great helper for me and look out for me, i really appreciate it ;D

Also thanks to our great helper always there at shoot and making everyone a easier job lol and i never seen someone taking everything so seriously when it come to do something.. even like picking up leafs lol He stuff his coat full of it so we could later throw it on cosplayer for some effect, really devoted and helpful!

Thanks to other photographers that are so generous with me, they never hesitate to show me a few tips here and there and suggest way to do things. Also thanks for taking time to comment on some of my pictures, it make me feel like what you guys are showing doesnt go nowhere. I learn a lot from you guys!

Thanks to all the cosplayers you guys are amazing, lot of you are giving us so much by being so willing and it make it so much more interesting to take pictures with models like that. Also thanks for not complaining too much when things doesnt goes as plan or thing goes slow. And mostly for those that show their appreciation vs the photographer and helpers and let us know when they do enjoyed the shoot, i know how much planning it take to organized those photoshoot and i wish more people would actually give their thank and appreciation to the one that does it and all does that take time to take their pictures, we are a big team and its fun when everyone know that their own ''job'' is appreciate!

Thanks for the one that did organized those shoot and made it possible! Its a lot of work and im glad you guys doing it (.. i dont think i would be able to.. ) I know you guys all do your best for us to enjoy our time!

****And finally and mostly as many people know by now, i do have many problem, health issue lets say.. so things like having trouble walking, randomly fall , etc.. I really want to say thanks for all your concern, help and cheering. I know that a lot of people are looking out for me during shoot, event and con.. For me it mean a lot, it make me feel so much safer and i get the chance to forget about all of that and just enjoy what I do. I know some arent comfortable with that.. or not use to it, its not something you need to worry about and i dont want people to feel bad for me, im pretty use to it and know my limit(.. dont always respect tho lol). Im glad that some people support me in pursuing those type of activity even with the trouble that goes with it, many time i got scared to be a burden so when i get people telling me i shouldnt stop and cheering me up.. it make me really happy. So thanks to you all little Mannaka's helpers i love you guys a lot and it really mean a lot for me. ****
